Martibel Payanois a Dominican American professional wrestler currently working for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) under the ring name Marti Bell. She is best known for her work on independent circuit in the United States under the ring name Marti Belle, for promotions including Evolve, Shimmer Women Athletes, Shine Wrestling and Women Superstars Uncensored (WSU).
